By Burgundy standards, Arnaud Baillot is considered a newcomer having made his first vintage in 2014.  Located in Levernois, a small village on the South-East of some of Beaune’s best vineyards, Arnaud is producing wines of incredible tension and precision. His style is energetic and respectful to vineyard expression whilst offering incredible value from an up-and-coming star.

This Bourgogne Blanc shows a broader expression of Chardonnay from the Cote d’Or in true Arnaud Baillot style - fleshy stone fruits, precise acid and silky texture. A small collection of new oak is used during maturation to provide complexity and longevity whilst retaining ultimate freshness.
