Dave is one of those successful New Zealanders that Australia has wholehearted adopted as their own, and with good reason! Having spent many a formative year making wine for some of the bigger boys in town he now has the freedom a small independent wine company affords, to take risks. Arfion means “our wine” in Scottish Gaelic and is a nod to Dave’s Scottish heritage. 

The Yarra Valley love affair with Pinot Noir is ever present in his expression from the Full Moon vineyard. A soft wine, full of fragrance and poise.
