Dave is one of those successful New Zealanders that Australia has wholehearted adopted as their own, and with good reason! He is the master of both traditional and experimental winemaking. Based in the Yarra Valley, he works with noble varieties of the region while leaning out to work with alternative varieties such as Savignin which are beautifully expressed in the cool Yarra landscape. This wine has a zippy line of acid, puckering with a salty, savoury line and yet full of peaches and jasmine. A wonderful example of a Jura favourite.
