Winemakers Max and Siobhan Marriot make a tiny selection of wines from vineyards across the South of Tasmania. Anim, an acronym of their children's initials, is a label that represents wines so specific to the site they were grown, full of energy, precision and purity - three words well associated with the great expressions of Riesling. In this rendition, they have balanced joyful florals with lip-smacking acidity and overall generous drive. With such limited production, these wines are somewhat of a well-kept secret.
