Ampeleia was born out of a conscious collective - if the name Elisabetta Foradori rings a bell (and if it doesn’t this makes for a great opportunity to seek out her wines) this is her side project along with Giovanni Podini and Marco Tait who wanted to create a deep connection to the land in the greatly desired region of Tuscany. A harmonious blend of Trebbiano and a splash of Mediterranean varieties, It’s an elegant and rich white that is well acquainted with good food and good conversation.
