Charlotte (Dalton) Hardy oozes joy. She hopes to capture her delight in each and every bottle, passing on this ray of sunshine in the form of delicious drops, to you. She’s made wine all over the world, but has settled in the cool-climate Adelaide Hills with winemaker husband Ben Cooke and their young family. Producing only small quantities, she focuses on four varietals – Chardonnay, Semillon, Shiraz and Pinot Noir. Her technical training only reinforces her intuitive and hands-off approach to winemaking.
