Within the ranks of Chablis’s most renowned producers comes the fresh face of Sébastien Dampt, both his brother and father run the family domaine Daniel Dampt so wine has always been in his blood. With 7 hectares of vines under his own label, he believes in no new oak and so the wines speak of minerality and freshness year after year.
Bottlings fall under Village and Premier Cru and are vinified in stainless steel to preserve the classic crispness and bright acidity we all adore of Chablis.
