Jumping Juice is a partnership between long-time friends Patrick Sullivan and Xavier Goodridge. They have both been pivotal in the natural wine movement of Australia and consider their work to be farming first and foremost. Sourcing organic or biodynamically grown grapes from Western Australia, Riverina, Yarra Valley, Eden Valley and McLaren Vale (among others), the duo are making fun and smashable wines together. They use words like “optimism”, “energy”, “fruit bomb”, and “party-time” to describe their current range, although they’ve recently added a more serious single-vineyard Grenache and Riesling. The Riesling is made to showcase the tension and electricity of Eden Valley fruit with no lees contact or time on skins. The Grenache comes from 80+ year old bush vines in Blewitt Springs, offering layers of complexity while maintaining a fresh lift.
