Chiesa del Carmine is so much more than a winery. A bucolic estate situated in the rolling hills of Umbria, Chiesa is the ancient church found at the centre of the valley. Owners Jeremy and Jacqueline have transformed this relic into a farmhouse retreat, surrounded by vineyards, truffle and olive trees. They’ve hired acclaimed winemaker Giovanni Dubini and viticulturist Stefano Dini. Together they are passionately working on an indigenous varieties project featuring Trebbiano.
