Domaine de l'enclos 'Les Clos' Grands Cru Chablis 2018

As a relatively new kid on the block, Domaine de l’Enclos is garnering rave reviews. Romain and Damien Bouchard debuted their label in 2018 with their 2016 vintage. Sons of Pascal Bouchard, the brothers started making wine in their father’s large iconic winery in 2005. After Pascal sold his business, he left his vineyards and the profits of the sale to his two boys. They began farming their 29 hectares (of all 4 levels of classification) organically and built a new winery, with modern amenities. They use a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels in moderation, creating a more steely style of Chablis.
