Here, she collaborates with a small team in Tuscany who are farming vines grown in a hilly, national park using Mediterranean varieties in this otherwise very traditional landscape. Their biodynamic farming methods show a deep connection to the environment. With now a few years in bottle, this weighty rendition of Cabernet Franc sees a melange of crunchy fruit, earthy tones and medicinal herbs that play perfectly with forthright tannins.
