'Bricco Giuseppe' Barolo Reserva 2015

Situated in the heart of one of the most well-renowned crus of Barolo is where you’ll find Cavallotto Winery. The estate consists of 25 hectares of continuous vineyards, most of which is located in Bricco Boschis and the remainder in neighbouring Vignolo Cru. Today, Cavallotto is 4^th generation owned and operated. They farm organically and only bottle estate fruit. The cantina has been carved into the Bricco Boschis hillside, creating the perfect conditions of humidity and temperature for ageing wine. The Barolo-destined Nebbiolo wines are aged in Slovenian botti (large barrels) for 4-5 years followed by a year in bottle before release.
