Paco & Lola, a modern cooperative winery founded in 2005 in Galicia’s Val do Salnés, unites over 400 growers across 220 hectares to craft vibrant, expressive Albariños. Rooted in the cool, coastal terroir of Rías Baixas, their vineyards of sandy, granitic soils produce wines defined by freshness, minerality and Atlantic character. The “Ophalum” Albariño is 100% hand-harvested fruit, fermented in stainless steel for purity and texture. It shines with aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, a touch of tropical fruit and saline minerality. The palate is crisp, elegant and balanced, finishing long and refreshing—perfect with seafood or light Mediterranean fare.
