Joshua Cooper is one of Victoria's most quietly revered winemakers, crafting small batch wines from carefully selected cool climate sites across the Macedon Ranges and beyond. His Chardonnay is a study in restraint and precision, reflecting both the vintage and the unique character of the vineyard source. Expect a pale golden wine with a composed, elegant nose of white nectarine, citrus zest, and subtle struck flint minerality. The palate is fine boned and taut, with beautifully integrated acidity, a silky mid palate, and a long, lingering finish.
