Produced by Domaine Les Astrelles (in Gevrey‑Chambertin / Fixin region), this 2022 Aligoté comes from vines planted on clay‑limestone and scree soils at around 226 m altitude. On the nose there’s white‑peach and citrus blossom entwined with subtle smoke and stone‑dust minerality. The palate is crisp, elegantly poised, with bright green apple and lime‑zest fruit, fine chalky tannins and a lingering saline finish. A fresh, terroir‑driven expression that balances precision and lift—ready to drink now yet built for a few years’ evolution.
