Based in Summonte in the Irpinia region of Campania, Ciro Picariello founded his estate in 2004, working organically and crafting wines of precision from high‑altitude sites (up to 650 m). His focus on native varieties, volcanic soils and minimal intervention has established him as a leading figure in southern Italian whites. This single‑parcel wine from vines at 650 m offers a pale straw‑yellow colour. On the nose: white flowers, toasted hazelnut/almond notes, struck‑flint/mineral undertones. On the palate: crisp green apple and lemon zest acidity, vivid minerality, a structured yet elegant mid‑palate and a long, saline, tension‑filled finish. 

This wine captures Picariello’s signature style: purity of Fiano, volcanic intensity and age‑worthy freshness.
