Bouchard Père & Fils, is one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy, maintaining tradition for nearly three centuries across nine generations of winemakers - an almost unbelievable claim to make.  

With a sprawl of vineyard holdings over the Cote d’Or, they are producing small quantities of an extensive terroir of Burgundy that allows for a deep exploration into old vines, and individual site expression in each cuvée. 

The Chardonnay’s from Saint-Aubin portray the colour and flavour of sunshine. It is a joyful balance of jasmine flowers, green almonds and a touch of flint for added complexity. A style that becomes richer with aging but beautifully poised to open now.
