With global winemaking experience spanning Central Otago to Burgundy, Max brings a refined, minimal-intervention approach that showcases Tasmania’s unique terroir. The 2024 Anim Pinot Blanc, sourced from the esteemed Clarence House Vineyard, is whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented in the classic Marsannay style. Bursting with notes of “white things, texture, acid” and a “nectarine fruit tingle,” it’s a vibrant, textural wine that captures purity, precision and place.
