Produced by the historic Champagne house in Reims, founded in 1827, this non-vintage cuvée is crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier drawn from over 100 crus, aged around 20 months and lightly dosed (8 g/L). It pours brilliant golden with lively fine bubbles. The nose offers ripe peach, apricot, pineapple and subtle caramel-vanilla-yeast notes. On the palate it combines red and yellow apple, mandarin, brioche and toasty nuances, with crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish. A versatile, refined Champagne perfect for celebratory toasts or fine dining.
