Pinot Noir 2022

Based in Beechworth, Victoria, Vinelea Wines is the fruit of Stuart Smith and Rhonda Parish’s decision to trade city life for hands-on viticulture. Their small-scale estate on Malakoff Road is built on deep respect for the land, applying organic-principles and minimal intervention.

This 2022 Beechworth Pinot Noir shows translucent deep red colour, with an aromatic lift of violets, sour cherry and gentle sweet oak. On the palate the wine is generous, with ripe red fruits initially reserved, emerging into a textured mid-palate framed by finely structured tannins and a clean finish.
