The 3-times winner of Best Biodynamic Wine in the World at London’s International Wine Challenge is situated 25km north of Hobart in Tasmania. With sweeping views across the Derwent River, Stefano Lubiana is Tasmania’s first biodynamic winery. Founded in 1991 and converted to biodynamics in 2010, the 25-hectare Stefano Lubiana is best known for their award-winning Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and sparkling. Family-owned and family-focused, the estate is run by Steve and Monique Lubiana along with their children, 5th and 6th generation vignerons.
