Rivulet’s 2022 Priory Pinot Noir is a beautifully poised expression of Tasmania’s east coast. Sourced from 15-year-old vines rooted in the granite soils of Priory Ridge Vineyard, this wine is all about tension, purity, and precision. It opens with a vivid rush of red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry, layered with floral lift, spice, undergrowth, and a flicker of mint. Matured in French oak, the palate is juicy yet structured, with fine tannins and a long, dry finish that keeps you coming back for more. This is a young Pinot with everything in its place—elegant, savoury, and quietly complex. A must have Pinot.
