'Lunch Red' Sangiovese 2025

Produced on the Georgiadis Estate in the Barossa Valley, this 2025 Sangiovese comes from a 2-hectare block planted in 1995 on sand over yellow clay with ironstone buckshot. Hand-picked at first light to retain bright acidity and lift. On the nose you’ll find tart cherry, crushed strawberry and dried herbs, with a hint of clay-dust minerality. The palate is crisp and medium-bodied, offering juicy red-berry fruit, subtle spice and fine chalky tannins, finishing with a fresh saline note. Ready now yet built to pair beautifully with food
