Founded in 1996 by Renata Morello and Ollie Rapson, Lyons Will Estate is a boutique, 18-acre vineyard nestled at 540m elevation on the edge of the Cobaw State Forest in Lancefield, just an hour north of Melbourne. Specialising in small-batch, estate-grown wines, the winery champions minimal intervention and sustainable practices, with every vine hand-tended from pruning to harvest. The 2023 vintage is sleek and elegant, offering vibrant red fruits, subtle earthy notes, and a chalky, tactile palate with a long, refined finish—pure expression of place and precision.
