MEDITERRANEAN MEETS TUSCANY 

There are few occasions where we see a single expression of Cabernet Franc grown in the hills of Tuscany. Elisabetta Foradori and a small team are working vineyards that sit within a UNESCO listed national park with the holistic approach of biodynamic farming. While working with varieties that are mostly seen in Mediterranean regions, they have connection to the landscape and are producing impressive, bright and powerful examples. This brooding expression of Cabernet Franc shows the pretty, herbaceous and varietal characters of this variety, balancing a firm structure and yet measured in the glass. A beauty in a big bottle!
