Founded in 2005 by brothers Marc Bachelet and Alexandre Bachelet, this Côte de Beaune estate spans approximately 23 hectares across Santenay, Maranges, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Their viticulture emphasises low yields, organic and sustainable methods, old vines and minimal new oak.

From a half-hectare parcel of 50-year-old vines on red clay and limestone soils near the Premier Cru Clos Rousseau, this wine includes around 30% whole bunches. Aromas open with Morello cherry, crushed strawberry and violet petals. The palate is fine-boned and poised, showing bright natural acidity, delicate minerality and subtle cracked black pepper and Padron pepper on the finish. Ideal for drinking 2026–2034, it offers refined Burgundy charm at village level.
