Luscious, the perfect accompaniment to the first prawn cocktail of the picnic. Setting the gold standard for House Champagne, with a story spanning seven generations, beginning with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon in 1818. The family has access to some of the finest Grand Cru vineyards, spanning from the Côtes des Blancs to the Montagne de Reims, basking in the Champenois sunshine (and weathering the cold…).
