A crisp, acid forward style Blanc des Noirs, for deep and explorative Champagne appreciators. 'Profondément Meunier' is the expression Cedric Moussé uses to express his deep respect for the Meunier grapes and the roots of the house. The name of the wine directly references the vines of his village, Cuiles, in Champagne. The spirit of connection to land is very much found in this wine.
