 As one of the oldest, most tradition Champagne houses, it demands attention for its ever generous, stunning releases of fizz. This Special Cuvee is a wine that completely encapsulate the House of Bollinger - refined and precise. The wine is a Pinot Noir dominant blend making up 60% of the wine, along with 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. After final bottling the wine is aged for twice as long as required by the appellation, creating a layered and complex wine.
