'Vaillons' Chablis 1er Cru 2018

If the name “Moreau” sounds familiar, that’s because the Moreau genealogical tree is chock full of Chablis winemakers. In fact, 6 generations of them. As a result, Louis has inherited some of Chablis’ prime real estate, including 4 Grand Crus sites, and a 45-hectare singular site called Domaine de Biéville. The vines are farmed lutte raisonée. All wines are vinified in stainless steel with the exception of their Grand Cru Valmur, who sees 25% new oak in 500L puncheons.
