Crafted from a single block of 100% Shiraz planted in 1973, this medium‑bodied red balances depth and elegance with purity of fruit. Aromas of blue and black plum, aniseed spice and graphite lead into a layered palate of liquorice, cured meat and subtle smoked‑char influences. Fine structure, gentle stalk grip and nuanced oak seasoning carry through to a long, savoury finish.
