André Clouet Grande Réserve Brut NV — a refined, Grand‑Cru Champagne from André Clouet, rooted in the vineyards of Bouzy and Ambonnay (Montagne de Reims). Pale golden with fine, persistent mousse, it shows aromas of crisp green and golden apple, white‑ and yellow‑fleshed stone fruit (think pear, mirabelle, peach), with delicate touches of brioche, toasted almond and yeast‑driven pastry notes.

On the palate it strikes a balance between generosity and precision — creamy mid‑palate texture, lively acidity, subtle chalky mineral under‑tone and a long, refined finish framed by orchard fruit, citrus brightness and light biscuity complexity.

This Blanc de Noirs is 100 % Grand Cru Pinot Noir, with part of the blend coming from aged “reserve wines”, and enjoys extended lees ageing — contributing richness, depth and a softly savoury, nuanced profile that rewards both immediate drinking and short-term cellaring (3–5 years).

Great as an aperitif or with creamy cheeses, shellfish or mild pâtés — it offers both freshness and texture, with the elegance you expect from a top-level grower Champagne.
