a vibrant, approachable non‑vintage Champagne from grower‑producer Sourdet‑Diot, based in the Vallée de la Marne.
Pale gold in the glass with lively, fine bubbles. On the nose, it offers a mix of fresh orchard and white‑flower aromas — think pear, grape and acacia — alongside generous notes of fruit paste, almond and a gentle pastry‑like sweetness. The palate is balanced and elegant: juicy fresh fruit is wrapped in a persistent, creamy texture, giving a sense of subtle richness while staying fresh and poised.
Made primarily from 80% Pinot Meunier, with 15% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir, and aged on lees for around three years — a blend that lends fruitiness, structure and the fine bubbles typical of Champagnes of this region.
This is a versatile Champagne — bright and fruity enough for an aperitif, yet with enough depth to accompany shellfish, soft cheeses or light seafood dishes.
