Small-batch, cool-climate Chardonnay from Anim Wines of Southern Tasmania. The label is a family-project by Max and Siobhan Marriott, who draw on global winemaking experience and a terroir-driven, minimal-intervention philosophy.
Whole-bunch pressed and wild barrel fermented with 30–40% new French oak and partial malolactic fermentation, this limited release (fewer than 1,500 bottles) reflects purity and understated elegance. Expect a crystalline palate of delicate orchard fruit and citrus, a subtle oak warmth, supple texture and fresh acidity — vibrant, refined, and quietly expressive.
