From the great-nephew of world-renowned Pierre Overnoy, comes a fairly recent addition to Jura’s collection of star producers. Since 2013, Guillaume Overnoy has farmed 5.5ha of organic vineyards, mostly in Orbagna (southern Jura). His Poulsard vines were originally sourced from cuttings at the more famed Overnoy site in Pupillin. With a delicate touch, Guillaume treats the Poulsard like a Pinot Noir. Destemmed fruit, and restrained use of sulphur add to the bright and fresh raspberry and spice.
