Michel Laroche has teamed up with his daughter, Margaux, to create a label in honour of his father, Domaine d’Henri. This is a new venture after 45 years of Domaine Laroche. The family owns 22ha in Petit Chablis, Chablis, with 2 premiers crus plots – Fourchaume and Beauroy. A special label of 80-year-old vines from Fourchaume is produced as 1er Cru Fourchaume Héritage.
Margaux has steered the viticulture to organic farming and pushes 100% malolactic fermentation in the winery. A mixture of barrels, old and new, are used for the villages and premiers crus levels.
