Domaine du Clos d'Alari

Rosé 2022

Domaine du Clos d’Alari is a family farm, bed and breakfast, and organically run wine estate (certified 2021). They have 7ha planted to vines – 5ha in the Côtes de Provence appellation, and 2ha that sit outside the legal borders as Vin du Pays or Vin de France. Although they also make red and white wine, the majority of their production is rosé from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle (aka Vermentino). The rosé is fermented in stainless steel and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, resulting in the lovely dry, crispy rosé that Provence has become known for.
